Foundry
We offer precision foundry services, with different casting materials, such as, grey and ductile iron (any grade), steel, aluminum and different alloy castings.
With more than 10,000 sq meters of warehouse capabilities, we can provide products from 5 lb to 20,000 lb. Every after production process such as, heat treatments, dimensional tests and Magnetic particles, Penetrate liquid, etc, is made in-house.
Machining
OGC have large capacity equipment for any requirement with certified labor.
The services we can offer with our equipment are machinery centers, boring mills, milling, grinding, turning and drilling. Our equipment is properly calibrated to assure the quality of your product. OGC not only offers advanced machining solutions, we also provide each client with personalized service.

Fabrication
OGC is a company engaged with our clients in the manufacture of steel projects , such as pressure vessels, mining equipment and for power generation, oil and gas, automotive, etc.
OGC manufactures "custom projects" for each customer, regardless of limitations in any industrial setting, offering: Detailed engineering, Galvanized of steel structures, We apply automatic submerged arc welding, manual and semiautomatic welding electrode, Airless paint application and / or conventional Painters and supervised by qualified inspectors
Plate Cutting
Plasma cutting, Water jet cutting, Laser cutting and oxy cutting up to 10 feet wide and 95 feet long , stamping up to 400 tons, Wire EDM for stamping are services provided by OGC with the highest quality for our clients.
